Based in Singapore, this role supports the development and execution of the bank's group-wide strategy and transformation initiatives. The position involves analyzing market trends, identifying strategic opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to senior management. It also includes monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support group strategy development and long-term growth planning.
- Analyze macroeconomic, industry, and competitive trends for strategic insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on business performance and investments.
- Prepare strategic analyses and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor strategic and financial KPIs, reporting performance regularly.
- Support governance and prioritization of strategic investments and initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services.
- Experience in financial modeling, valuation, or business case development.
- Highly logical, structured, and hypothesis-driven thinker.
- Excellent data interpretation and communication skills.
