Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading data loss prevention efforts within a financial institution's Group Security Operations Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating potential data leakage and insider threats. This position requires designing and enforcing DLP policies, managing incident response, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance security posture and ensure regulatory compliance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the data loss prevention monitoring function to safeguard sensitive data.
- Develop and implement DLP policies in line with banking regulations.
- Oversee incident response for data leakage and insider threat cases.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, legal, and IT security teams on investigations.
- Perform risk assessments and suggest improvements for DLP strategy and tools.
- Report DLP metrics and incidents to management and regulatory bodies.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 5 years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in DLP or data protection in finance.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and data classification.
- Experience with enterprise DLP platforms.
- Familiarity with insider threat detection, endpoint protection, and SIEM.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
