Based in Indonesia, this program is designed for high-potential individuals to gain a comprehensive understanding of UOB's operations at both group and regional levels. Participants will develop competence in working with various stakeholders and apply learned skills through rotations. The role emphasizes strong learning agility and the ability to contribute to strategic initiatives.

- Understand UOB's group and regional operations
- Apply skills learned during rotations to home division functions
- Work effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Demonstrate high learning agility throughout the program
- Contribute to strategic development and execution
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university
- Minimum GPA of 3.30 (S1) or 3.50 (S2)
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience (excluding internships)
- Proven leadership and extracurricular involvement
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
