Based in Singapore, this senior specialist role drives the implementation and continuous enhancement of the bank's Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across the Group. The position strengthens operational resilience and ensures the continuity of essential business operations during crises. You will also act as a deputy to the Group Head of BCM, supporting group-wide initiatives, governance, and regulatory engagements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of BCM guidelines, plans, processes, and systems.
- Conduct risk assessment, business impact analysis, and crisis management planning.
- Validate plans through coordination and execution of BCM tests and exercises.
- Strengthen BCM awareness by delivering training and workshops.
- Align Group-wide BCM practices and enhance readiness of overseas subsidiaries.
- Integrate industry and regulatory BCM best practices to enhance resilience.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- University degree.
- At least 12 years of experience in finance with BCM, resilience, and crisis management involvement.
- Sound comprehension of banking products and services.
- Familiarity with operational resiliency and BCM regulatory requirements, especially Singapore's.
- Experience with regulatory and industry engagements (e.g., MAS, ABS), audits, and risk governance.
- Professionally accredited BCM practitioner (e.g., BCI, DRI) is an advantage.
