The manager will analyze existing operational processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This involves designing and implementing automation using various technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Analyze current operational processes to find inefficiencies and manual tasks
- Develop and implement automation solutions using RPA and workflow tools
- Work with business units to gather requirements for process improvements
- Maintain and enhance automation scripts and digital applications
- Conduct process mapping and root cause analysis for transformation projects
- Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proficiency in process improvement and business analysis
- Experience in process automation and RPA development
- Knowledge of programming and scripting (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL)
- Skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of operational risk and controls
