Based in Singapore, this role involves providing Level 2 production support for critical payment and integration services within a global banking environment. The position requires managing daily operational issues, performing health checks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure system stability and timely resolution of incidents. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement and disaster recovery exercises, ensuring smooth operations for applications across multiple countries.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage daily application health checks and resolve production issues
- Provide initial response, track, and resolve operational problems, escalating as needed
- Investigate issues, offer workarounds, and share analysis with L3 teams
- Monitor production activities and communicate problems to stakeholders
- Implement process improvements and identify efficiency initiatives
- Perform annual disaster recovery exercises for various applications
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, JMS, Microservices, Oracle
- Strong knowledge of middleware products and support for payment/messaging systems
- Proficiency in scripting, database queries, and generating performance reports
- Experience with Change Management, Problem Management, and Capacity Management
- Solid understanding of resiliency and redundancy design principles
