Based in Malaysia, this role involves guiding the design and development of enterprise architecture frameworks and policies across business, infrastructure, data, application, and security domains. The Enterprise Architect will focus on multi-cloud infrastructure, defining target state solutions, and developing long-term technology strategies. This position requires collaborating with various teams to ensure architectural alignment and innovation across Asia and Africa geographies.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide future architecture roadmaps for Asia and Africa regions
- Develop policies and design frameworks for multi-cloud infrastructure
- Establish new standards and target architectures for GBS
- Conduct architecture assessments and define target state solutions
- Formulate group infrastructure policy and multi-cloud framework
- Build future-state architecture considering business strategy and modernization
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect in the last 3 years
- Overall experience between 10 to 15 years in insurance or banking (preferred)
- Ability to translate business strategy into technology solutions
- Experience with DevSecOps, cloud engineering, and SRE (Azure, GCP preferred)
- Experience with software development and system administration
- Excellent knowledge of technical architecture and modern design patterns
