Based in Singapore, this role supports financial governance, strategic workforce allocation, and operational standardization within the Group Technology and Operations division. You will oversee budgeting exercises, manage resource hiring pipelines, and enhance data reporting dashboards. The position also focuses on driving workflow automation, managing operational risks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across corporate teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Facilitate annual budget cycles, monitor expenditure variances, and produce comprehensive financial reviews for leadership.
- Oversee complete recruitment, contract renewal, and procurement administration workflows for contingent staff.
- Track headcount allocation and resource capacity to align with organizational strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and management reports to present business insights.
- Execute key risk and control assessment actions while verifying adherence to procurement and governance rules.
- Drive process improvements and leverage digital automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Between 1 and 5 years of relevant experience in business management, governance, or resource planning.
- Hands-on background with procurement operations, contract administration, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-paced corporate settings.
