Based in Singapore, this role involves leading and developing a team of client advisors to achieve sales and service excellence within the Privilege Banking International sector. The successful candidate will manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, drive business growth, and ensure strict compliance with international banking regulations. This position requires a strategic leader capable of fostering a high-performance culture and expanding the bank's offshore footprint.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve sales and service goals
- Set performance objectives and monitor key performance indicators
- Cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Provide tailored wealth management solutions to meet client financial goals
- Drive new client acquisition and grow assets under management
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in wealth management or private banking
- At least 3 years in a leadership position
- Proven success managing offshore banking teams and international portfolios
- Deep understanding of cross-border financial regulations and offshore client needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
