Based in the Philippines, this role oversees the strategic direction of organizational learning and talent capability initiatives across delivery accounts. The leader will shape scalable educational programs utilizing modern digital tools and AI to elevate employee performance, operational quality, and overall business readiness. Additionally, the position guides cross-functional training teams while partnering with executive leadership to fulfill critical workforce development objectives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Establish and execute long-term capability roadmaps and training agendas aligned with company goals
- Lead the end-to-end learning lifecycle from needs analysis and instructional design to delivery and certification
- Implement modern learning approaches including digital platforms, microlearning, and AI-driven solutions
- Partner with account leaders and clients to integrate training needs into new deals and business transitions
- Track capability metrics, return on investment, and operational performance via executive reporting dashboards
- Manage and mentor distributed learning teams, operational specialists, and trainers while overseeing departmental budgets
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 18 years of professional experience with significant leadership in talent development or L&D
- Background in global shared services or BPO environments preferred
- Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional methodology, and capability assessments
- Demonstrated experience managing large, geographically dispersed learning organizations
- Solid understanding of learning management systems, learning analytics, and skills taxonomy frameworks
- Legal authorization to work in the Philippines
