Based in Singapore, Singtel is seeking an AI Product Manager & Builder Intern to transform emerging technological opportunities into viable enterprise solutions. The role bridges technical engineering and business strategy, focusing on rapid prototyping, user journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration. The selected intern will assist in developing roadmaps, testing modern agentic workflows, and evaluating operational impacts across internal teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Assist in product management by defining roadmaps, feature priorities, user journeys, and success metrics.
- Partner with forward deployed engineers to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Build rapid prototypes using generative AI models, agentic workflows, and low-code or AI-assisted platforms.
- Evaluate the commercial viability, operational benefits, user adoption challenges, and overall business value of AI concepts.
- Monitor emerging market developments, tools, and best practices across the generative AI ecosystem.
- Produce product briefs, presentations, and demo materials to clearly articulate product impact to executive stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Practical track record of developing AI prototypes, hackathon entries, personal demos, or automation tools.
- Foundational grasp of generative AI fundamentals and their potential applications within enterprise environments.
- Competence in writing user stories, functional requirements, and structured acceptance criteria.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive experimentation mindset with comfort handling ambiguous and fast-evolving problem spaces.
