Based in the Philippines, this hybrid role focuses on delivering procure-to-pay and accounts payable operations for global clients. The analyst manages invoice processing, problem resolution, and regular operational reporting in both Mandarin and English. In addition, the position collaborates closely with team members and attends operational calibration reviews.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute procure-to-pay workflows using specified enterprise platforms and monitoring tools
- Evaluate and troubleshoot standard and complex process inquiries or challenges
- Escalate out-of-scope issues and seek technical guidance when necessary
- Generate operational summaries, tracking reports, and metrics dashboards
- Participate in internal calibration sessions and operational reviews with clients
- Liaise with external clients regarding operational concerns and support team coverage
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Valid legal authorization to live and work in the Philippines
- Accenture Career Level 11 eligibility or equivalent baseline qualification
- Familiarity or higher proficiency with language requirements as evaluated by assessments
