Based in the Philippines, this role delivers essential client financial management, advisory, and planning services across various contract life cycles. The position oversees forecasting, budgeting, revenue reporting, and billing compliance while guiding project teams toward optimal financial health. Additionally, the specialist leads team members, maintains robust internal accounting controls, and manages communication with business leaders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver financial management, analysis, and strategic guidance to engagement leaders to enhance engagement profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting routines, work plan reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Direct invoicing, collections, and balance sheet accountability in accordance with contractual terms.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and US GAAP reporting standards.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior financial analysts and direct reports.
- Partner with account leadership and internal stakeholders on pricing, inventory, and new business reviews.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in FP&A and financial forecasting.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
- Proven stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule.
- Valid legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is an advantage.
