Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing the end-to-end processing and settlement of various derivatives transactions. The executive will ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely resolution of trade discrepancies. This position contributes to process improvements and supports junior team members within a global financial institution.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage processing for various derivatives products like FX options and interest rate swaps.
- Ensure accurate trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Resolve trade breaks and settlement issues by coordinating with relevant parties.
- Perform daily reconciliation of derivatives positions and cash flows.
- Contribute to improving derivatives processing workflows and systems.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5-7 years of experience in derivatives operations within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of derivatives products and their lifecycle.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reconciliation tools.
- Solid knowledge of SWIFT messaging and market practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
