Based in Singapore, this role involves performing fiber testing and rectification for various customers, overseeing contractor maintenance work, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety guidelines. The position requires occasional work outside of standard office hours and being on standby for urgent fault resolution, contributing to the development of Singtel's network infrastructure.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Perform fiber testing and rectification for customers
- Oversee contractors for maintenance tasks
- Ensure work complies with operational and engineering standards
- Verify contractor adherence to safety procedures and equipment use
- Be available for after-hours activation for escalations and outages
- Update supervisor on daily assignments and documentation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work non-office hours occasionally and be on 24/7 standby
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
