Based in Malaysia, this role supports the Anti-Financial Crime Operations team within UOB Innovation Hub 2. The appointed professional will oversee quality control, workforce metrics, and governance reporting to maintain a robust risk and control environment. Key duties also involve executing organizational transformation initiatives, adopting technological enhancements, and collaborating across diverse business units to improve operational performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support the operational lead with workforce management, metrics reporting, and quality assurance for financial crime operations.
- Conduct regular assessments and quality reviews on essential processes to drive procedural improvements.
- Track emerging financial crime risks and suggest effective control strategies and productivity enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational metric reports for risk governance committees.
- Assist in rolling out organizational changes, including policy updates, technology integrations, and remediation efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track change roadmaps and deliver transformation programs.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in financial crime, risk assessment, or quality assurance within banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and interpret intricate regulatory and operational requirements.
- Proven track record participating in cross-functional projects across business, compliance, legal, and technology domains.
- Strong analytical skills accompanied by solid business acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage change initiatives proactively.
