Based in Malaysia, this role leads agency recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition programs to accelerate workforce growth. The successful hire will build robust candidate pipelines across key segments, design impactful marketing collateral, and orchestrate nationwide recruitment activation campaigns. Collaborating closely with internal leaders and field agencies, you will optimize funnel conversion, track performance governance, and expand strategic talent partnerships across the financial sector.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies to attract experienced professionals and potential career switchers.
- Create compelling recruitment marketing propositions, presentation materials, and activation toolkits tailored to priority talent segments.
- Organize regional and national candidate engagement initiatives, including networking functions, recruitment campaigns, and referral programs.
- Manage the governance, eligibility verification, and onboarding process for strategic talent programs such as PRUVenture.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics, address drop-off rates, and establish pipeline key performance indicators.
- Work alongside agency leaders and external partners to identify talent requirements and foster sustainable recruitment pipelines.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional background within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Solid comprehension of agency distribution models, compensation plans, and developmental frameworks.
- Proven project management capability with the aptitude to oversee diverse priorities.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience in agency training, strategic development, or business planning is highly advantageous.
