Based in Malaysia, this role involves end-to-end software development and support for core banking systems within UOB's Innovation Hub 2. The successful candidate will analyze requirements, design solutions, develop, test, and implement applications, ensuring quality and adherence to bank standards. This position offers exposure to group initiatives and regional business, contributing to dynamic financial solutions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage full software development lifecycle from analysis to support
- Collaborate with business analysts to define technical solutions
- Implement DevOps practices and automate software deployment
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with software delivery standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions
- Design and update software databases and user interfaces
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 6 years of software development experience, preferably in core banking
- Functional knowledge of Bankwide Customer Information (BWCIF) applications
- Familiarity with Silverlake's banking software suite (BWCIF module)
- Technical expertise in AS400/DB2 architecture, RPG, and ALDON
- Experience in leading small teams and guiding junior developers is a plus
