Based in Malaysia, this leadership role collaborates closely with the Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Center leadership to direct the local people agenda and support business expansion. The position focuses on translating commercial goals into scalable workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design solutions. The successful candidate will also steer the site-level People and Culture team while coordinating with regional corporate functions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site leadership to design and execute human capital strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the local People and Culture team across talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Anticipate future workforce capability requirements and proactively address organizational talent risks.
- Promote a high-performance work culture, organizational agility, and enhanced employee retention.
- Leverage workforce analytics and market trends to improve organizational design and operational practices.
- Liaise with regional HR Centres of Excellence to guarantee alignment and governance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of HR experience, including 7+ years in strategic HR business partnering leadership.
- Proven background advising senior stakeholders within matrixed multinational organizations.
- Strong expertise in Malaysian labor legislation, employee relations, and HR governance.
- Deep familiarity with organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Experience in Global Business Services (GBS), tech, or telecommunications is preferred.
