Based in Indonesia, this position is responsible for originating and executing comprehensive transaction banking offerings for institutional clients. The successful candidate will drive business development across cash management, trade finance, and securities services for financial institutions. In addition, you will design complex client solutions and collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure major mandates.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by originating and delivering transaction banking products to institutional clients
- Formulate custom solutions tailored to the operational demands of non-bank financial institutions and asset managers
- Direct client pitches and coordinate RFP responses to secure new business mandates
- Work alongside product, risk, legal, and operations departments to implement compliant solutions
- Evaluate market dynamics and regulatory frameworks to discover emerging transaction banking opportunities
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Substantial background in transaction banking sales, client solutioning, or institutional relationship coverage
- Deep understanding of custody, clearing, cash management, fund administration, and trade finance
- Proven history of winning high-value corporate deals and navigating intricate deal cycles
- Strong problem-solving and deal-structuring capabilities for complex client scenarios
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive presentation capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional credential in finance or business administration
