Based in Singapore, this role involves gathering and analyzing user business requirements, evaluating implementation feasibility, and managing project scope for digital experience initiatives. The Business Analyst will prepare project documentation, develop technical design specifications, and support various testing and implementation activities. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Gather and formalize user business requirements and processes
- Evaluate implementation feasibility and manage project scope
- Prepare project documentation like requirement specifications
- Develop technical design specifications and translate them into process/program specifications
- Participate in coding, code reviews, and configuration changes
- Assist with integration, system, and user acceptance testing
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IT working experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Agile projects
- Relevant system development or maintenance experience
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to produce specifications for documentation and implementation
- Experience in IT business analysis techniques
