Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role within Group Legal and Compliance directs strategic workbench initiatives across financial crime prevention domains. The appointed leader will oversee program roadmaps, manage substantial project budgets, and champion modern technologies like GenAI to optimize operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include liaising with regulators, coordinating agile development squads, and driving enterprise transformation to protect organizational integrity and reputation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic program roadmaps for surveillance workbenches across financial crime sectors
- Develop business cases, establish financial tracking, and oversee overall program expenditure
- Prioritize squad backlogs by balancing business needs, operational capacity, and regulatory expectations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies such as GenAI and agentic systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement involving regulatory authorities, auditors, and senior organizational leadership
- Direct testing, change management, rollout planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 12 years of project or product management experience within financial services or regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in agile delivery and software project methodologies
- Demonstrated background in collaborating with regulators, internal audit teams, and third-party vendors
- Strong working knowledge of workbench platforms and workflow implementations
- Experience with or foundational understanding of generative AI solutions and prompt engineering
