Based in Singapore, this role focuses on constructing and maintaining robust data platforms that unify experimental, biological, and consumer information. The engineer will design automated pipelines to prepare complex scientific datasets for artificial intelligence and advanced computational modeling. Additionally, the position oversees data governance, lineage tracking, and operational system health to support cutting-edge product innovation across global research teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust pipelines to ingest, standardize, and transform diverse scientific datasets
- Automate data flows into secure, compliant environments for downstream analytical applications
- Establish metadata governance, data provenance tracking, quality verification, and version control
- Design and operate seamless interfaces connecting data stores, knowledge graphs, and modeling workflows
- Track platform performance, resolve data access bottlenecks, and troubleshoot operational incidents
- Convert approved data product specifications into sustainable and scalable architectural solutions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines
- Demonstrated practical expertise in engineering scalable data pipelines and backend services
- Proficiency in programming with Python, SQL, or equivalent data manipulation technologies
- Hands-on experience handling structured and unstructured formats via databases, APIs, and cloud systems
- Working knowledge of data lineage, access security, operational testing, and platform reliability
