Based in Singapore, this executive leadership role oversees the strategic direction, technical delivery, and operational stability of the enterprise Anti-Money Laundering workflow platform. The leader will direct distributed engineering teams across the region to deploy scalable investigation and case management solutions. Collaborating with compliance, operations, and architecture stakeholders, the role drives engineering excellence and ensures strict adherence to financial crime regulations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for the enterprise AML case management platform.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of concurrent platform initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations within budget.
- Direct and develop a cross-border team of permanent and contractor technical professionals across multiple regional hubs.
- Maintain high availability, resilience, performance, and security across the application portfolio.
- Partner closely with compliance, financial crime operations, and enterprise architects to design robust solutions.
- Govern engineering standards, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement across agile delivery pipelines.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of hands-on experience designing, delivering, and managing enterprise workflow systems.
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles driving large software engineering teams in banking or regulated environments.
- Deep background in platform architecture, application security, and large-scale integration design.
- Proven track record of managing technology risk, vendor engagements, and compliance audits successfully.
