Based in Malaysia, this role at the shared services center manages pricing implementation and billing execution for international accounts. You will interpret customer service orders and configure multiple invoicing platforms to guarantee prompt, accurate revenue collection. The position also involves resolving discrepancies through root cause analysis and collaborating cross-functionally to streamline operational workflows.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate customer billing while meeting defined operational targets
- Interpret client contracts to configure correct pricing and service entries in billing platforms
- Investigate exceptions, correct errors, and handle billing-related customer inquiries
- Support revenue assurance through quality checks and root cause error analysis
- Propose and execute continuous workflow improvements across billing procedures
- Coordinate with sales, network operations, delivery, and IT teams to refine upstream data
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline, or professional accounting credential
- Two to three years of billing or pricing operations experience in finance or customer support
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with relational databases and data management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem resolution skills
- Willingness to support operating hours matching overseas regional operations
