Based in the Philippines, this leadership role oversees integrated financial planning, forecasting, and budget control for the Greater Asia region. The position collaborates closely with the business unit CFO to steer long-term growth, manage budget governance across operational expenditures, and evaluate financial performance drivers. The role also directs regional S&OP finance cycles and drives analytics automation to ensure transparent business decision-making.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Steer annual planning, multi-year strategic forecasts, and financial modeling across assigned markets.
- Evaluate full P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow performance against core business drivers.
- Manage the complete S&OP finance cycle, ensuring seamless volume, value, and regional submissions.
- Govern trade terms, brand marketing investments, and overhead budgets to hit productivity benchmarks.
- Oversee period-end closing governance, financial accruals, allocations, and service-level reporting.
- Lead and mentor the regional FP&A and budget control team while executing digital finance initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least ten years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or budget management, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong mastery of integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning across multiple territories.
- Demonstrated background handling complex forecasting, consolidation, and cost governance cycles.
- Proven capability to challenge assumptions and influence senior cross-border executives.
- History of implementing reporting automation, data simplification, and financial process optimization.
- Professional finance certification or equivalent academic background.
