Based in Malaysia, this role at Prudential focuses on overseeing the deployment, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of HR digital systems. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison connecting business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to maintain reliable operations and execute projects. You will also monitor service levels, facilitate technical integrations, and drive operational improvements across global enterprise human resources platforms.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and third-party vendor engagements
- Oversee application support functions including incident, change, problem, and request workflows
- Coordinate with enterprise IT teams covering identity, networking, security, and systems integration
- Administer access management, single sign-on configurations, user onboarding, and certificate renewals
- Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and track adherence to service level agreements
- Ensure all HR technology operations satisfy organizational governance, audit, and security standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Around 10 to 12 years of experience in HR technology delivery, application maintenance, or IT service management
- Proven background managing platforms like Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, or Glint
- Extensive experience overseeing technical projects, vendor partnerships, and business stakeholder relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
