Based in Singapore, this senior role oversees the end-to-end delivery of complex projects across private banking business lines. The appointed candidate will drive strategic governance, manage budgets and timelines, and align technical and operational solutions with organizational standards. Effective stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation will be key to ensuring successful outcomes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee full end-to-end project execution adhering to system development lifecycle standards.
- Handle project budgeting, resource planning, schedule baselines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams to manage interdependencies.
- Maintain accountability for deliverables quality and alignment with business case benefits.
- Supervise vendor engagements, contract deliverables, and change management procedures.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project management background within banking and wealth management.
- In-depth functional knowledge of private banking operations and investment product workflows.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of directing complex, cross-functional programs independently.
- Outstanding executive communication, conflict management, and analytical skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 credentials are advantageous.
