Based in Singapore, this role assists the team lead in overseeing retail shared services operations including account closures, AML controls, and regulatory tax compliance. The selected professional will guide junior staff, monitor operational pipelines, and enforce stringent risk management procedures. Additionally, the position drives continuous workflow optimizations and supports comprehensive internal and external audit reviews.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations for retail account closures, AML mitigating controls, and FATCA/CRS processes
- Act as an escalation point for complex exceptions, operational bottlenecks, and aged cases
- Ensure operational compliance with internal bank standards and prevailing regulatory mandates
- Coach, train, and support the development of shared services team members
- Prepare management reports, analyze productivity metrics, and participate in process optimization initiatives
- Facilitate quality control assessments and collaborate on internal and external audit requirements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, or a relevant discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of operational banking experience with an AML or compliance focus
- Solid grasp of AML/CFT frameworks, FATCA, CRS, and banking control mechanisms
- Proven leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
- Competent with reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior team leadership or supervisory background is preferred
