The position entails strong cross-functional coordination with business stakeholders and product teams to uphold system stability, security, and performance.

- Direct and mentor a technical team focused on core banking and wealth platforms.
- Supervise the complete SDLC to maintain platform security, scalability, and stability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to convert operational requirements into architectural designs.
- Champion platform modernization via microservices, cloud technologies, and modern API implementations.
- Oversee project delivery timelines, technical budgets, resource allocations, and risk management.
- Uphold standards for software engineering, system architecture, and code excellence.
