Based in Malaysia, this role involves contributing to regional IT Service Management projects, focusing on CI/CD administration within the Atlassian platform. The position requires analyzing process gaps, implementing improvements, and coordinating CI/CD activities to ensure timely task completion. You will work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide creative solutions to system challenges.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage Atlassian project delivery within set performance indicators
- Execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ensure timely resolution of CI/CD related tickets
- Propose process enhancements and automation solutions
- Create and update technical documentation
- Identify system issues and implement creative fixes
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or IT
- Understanding of Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Agile methods
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in project management is beneficial
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changes
