Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role oversees credit administration and control for a major bank, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The position involves managing risk assurance, credit processing, and project delivery for wholesale credit operations. The successful candidate will also focus on team development and continuous process improvement to achieve operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead risk assurance and control for the division, including subsidiaries and overseas branches.
- Manage the credit operations and project delivery team.
- Oversee daily wholesale credit operations and legal documentation processing.
- Apply functional and technical expertise to job aspects.
- Develop system and work process improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10-12 years of experience in wholesale and retail lending operations.
- Expertise in wholesale credit operations, regulatory, and legal compliance.
- Proven track record managing a large operations team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
