Based in Singapore, this role oversees the retail operations initiative pipeline to ensure total visibility across ongoing and upcoming projects. The successful candidate will maintain detailed dashboards, prepare critical leadership governance materials, and foster seamless adoption of standardized portfolio processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to strategic banking forums.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal groups to maintain an aligned portfolio roadmap of retail operations initiatives
- Deliver project status visibility regarding approval readiness and ongoing project execution
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and documentation for regular governance meetings
- Promote best-practice portfolio management processes and guide stakeholders through adoption
- Support leadership forums and take part in designated ad-hoc operational initiatives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- At least 5 years of background in project management, PMO, or related functional domains
- Strong working background in the banking or financial services industry is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication abilities
- High proficiency across standard Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to commit to a 1-year contract and work in-office
