Based in Singapore, this role focuses on empowering new wealth planning managers with the essential skills, systems knowledge, and advisory expertise needed to thrive. You will lead comprehensive onboarding and daily operational guidance to ensure consistent achievement of performance standards. Leveraging data-driven models, you will identify competency gaps and implement targeted coaching programs. The position fosters a risk-aware, continuous learning culture in collaboration with team heads.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive orientation and training on bank systems and workflows for new entrants
- Supervise daily activities of new wealth planning managers to maintain operational standards
- Apply data-driven operating models to pinpoint competency gaps and deliver targeted financial planning training
- Foster risk awareness, continuous professional development, and high performance among team members
- Partner closely with Team Heads to align new staff outcomes with bank performance goals
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Solid background in financial planning fields, ideally with coaching or supervisory experience
- In-depth understanding of wealth advisory processes, methodologies, and strategies
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate performance metrics and execute improvement plans
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills across diverse team members
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
- Relevant industry certifications such as CMFAS modules, CFP, ChFC, or equivalent are advantageous
