Based in Singapore, this role involves leading complex client transactions, including drafting and negotiating various agreements such as master services, outsourcing, and SaaS. The Senior Manager will advise senior leadership on legal risks and market trends, while also guiding junior legal professionals. This position requires continuous development as a knowledgeable advisor on commercial and legal risks, supporting strategic market initiatives.

- Lead and negotiate complex client transactions for optimal legal and business outcomes
- Oversee and mentor junior legal professionals
- Stay informed on industry developments and integrate into transactional practices
- Advise executives on legal and risk management matters
- Develop specialized expertise in relevant legal or business areas
- Contribute to internal guidelines and knowledge resources
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Law degree (LLB or JD or equivalent)
- Licensed to practice law in at least one Southeast Asian jurisdiction
- Approximately 13 years of transactional experience, increasing responsibility
- Experience in digital, consulting, or outsourcing within a law firm or in-house
- Approximately 3 years negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, marketing, and management principles
