Based in the Philippines, this strategic leadership role acts as the intelligence core for the Consumer Electronics division. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, coordinate factory allocations, and align sales forecasting to ensure nationwide customer fulfillment. The position requires guiding cross-functional teams to balance healthy inventory levels and achieve ambitious commercial targets through rigorous data analytics.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee supply chain performance indicators for home appliance product categories and stock.
- Coordinate and negotiate with international manufacturing plants to secure product allocations for sales goals.
- Direct weekly shipment schedules to ensure complete and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Evaluate sales metrics and inventory velocity to develop mitigation plans for healthy stock health.
- Align distribution logistics from the central warehouse to retail partners nationwide.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of professional work experience including at least 5 years leading teams.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Korean.
- Expert-level capabilities in Microsoft Excel and working with data-heavy reporting.
- Proven track record in cross-functional project management and familiarity with AI solutions.
- Availability to work entirely on-site in McKinley Hill, Taguig.
