Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining resilient security controls across the bank's core infrastructure. The chosen leader will oversee endpoint protection, baseline compliance, and privileged access management systems across multi-platform enterprise environments. Working closely with cross-functional technical teams, this position drives automation and governance to safeguard critical financial systems against evolving threats.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce hardening baselines and security standards across Windows, Linux, cloud, and container platforms.
- Implement compliance monitoring mechanisms to detect configuration drift and maintain alignment with regulatory policies.
- Architect and oversee endpoint security solutions including detection and response, anti-malware, and integrity monitoring.
- Direct Privileged Access Management operations, including credential vaulting, session recording, and regular access reviews.
- Govern non-human identities, service accounts, and machine credentials to minimize identity attack surfaces.
- Deliver security engineering leadership for technical projects, vulnerability remediation, audits, and incident handling.

- Strong background in securing enterprise operating systems, Active Directory, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Proven expertise in configuration management, baseline hardening, and automated compliance monitoring.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing enterprise endpoint security and intrusion prevention suites.
- In-depth proficiency with Privileged Access Management tools and identity governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated capacity to automate security reporting and administrative workflows using modern scripting tools.
- Previous experience operating within the financial sector or similarly regulated environments.
