- Develop and implement strategic plans for sales and distribution channel optimization

- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive strategic goals
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Oversee financial viability and budget management for strategic projects
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Deep knowledge of the life insurance industry, especially sales and distribution
- Proven strategic thinking and leadership abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in market analysis, financial analysis, and budget management
- Minimum of 10-15 years in a senior sales or distribution role in life insurance
