Based in Malaysia, this leadership role is responsible for architecting and running resilient DevSecOps pipelines that empower continuous integration and continuous delivery across core banking transformation initiatives. You will embed shift-left security practices throughout the software development lifecycle while collaborating with testing and security leaders. The position requires optimizing deployment workflows and modernizing toolchains to accelerate reliable releases.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across the entire software development lifecycle
- Embed shift-left security checks, vulnerability management, and automated controls into delivery workflows
- Administer DevSecOps tools for source control, dependency analysis, artifact management, and testing
- Oversee version control conventions, branching strategies, and release stability
- Troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks, environment hiccups, and deployment impediments
- Implement infrastructure-as-code automation and environment provisioning alongside the infrastructure team
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant DevSecOps and technical infrastructure experience
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Deep understanding of Git version control, branching models, and merge workflows
- Familiarity with security scanning and code quality tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, or Snyk
- Experience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
