Based in Singapore, this role leads the design, implementation, and enhancement of Group AML/CFT workflow and financial-crime case management platforms. The position acts as a critical functional bridge between compliance policy, investigation units, technology teams, and external vendors. The appointed leader will drive project delivery and business analysis across the full lifecycle to enhance regulatory risk management and operational efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Translate regulatory obligations and compliance policies into functional, data, and workflow requirements
- Design investigation workflows covering COSMIC information sharing, case escalations, approvals, and closures
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AML workflow initiatives from business case through deployment and stabilization
- Facilitate process design sessions and document current and target-state requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead user acceptance testing planning, test scenario design, defect prioritization, and resolution tracking
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate analytics into operational compliance processes and reporting platforms
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in AML/CFT compliance, financial crime investigations, or regulatory technology platforms
- Proven track record managing projects and performing business analysis within corporate banking environments
- Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and case management systems
- Experience guiding end-to-end UAT cycles, operational readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, compliance, data, and technology groups
