Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on driving significant new recruit volume by implementing various recruitment interventions and initiatives. The officer will ensure monthly recruitment targets are met within the assigned sector. This involves consistent engagement with agency leaders and supporting recruitment events to maximize their effectiveness.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Drive consistent recruitment activities for agency leaders in the assigned sector
- Conduct regular briefings and sessions with agency leaders to achieve recruitment targets
- Strategize and implement alternative recruitment sourcing initiatives
- Support recruitment events by ensuring credible speakers and identifying strategic areas
- Maximize utilization of recruitment platforms and examination slots
- Track recruits in the pipeline to ensure high conversion rates
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Understanding of agency recruitment concepts
- Proficient in MS Office applications and computer literate
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and under pressure
- At least three years of experience in marketing and sales, agency work preferred
