Based in Malaysia, this position acts as the primary contact for employee inquiries throughout the full hire-to-retire lifecycle. You will deliver responsive support on human resources policies, workforce tools, and operational workflows across Korea. The role focuses on processing onboarding, managing leaves, troubleshooting cases via ticketing systems, and optimizing service delivery metrics within a fast-paced shared services environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, payroll, and HR systems via tickets, chat, and phone.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
- Coordinate organizational programs such as performance appraisals, wellness initiatives, and staff surveys.
- Maintain and update internal human resources documentation in compliance with applicable standards.
- Assist users with learning platforms, self-service portals, and operational training logistics.
- Track service metrics and user feedback to identify process optimization opportunities.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- One to three years of experience in employee services or human resources operations supporting Korea.
- Proficiency using major HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent multi-channel communication capabilities.
- Solid organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Korean.
