Based in the Philippines, this role assists the Compensation & Contest Lead in driving actionable insights and delivering comprehensive agency propositions. The successful candidate will design, evaluate, and execute agency campaigns, contests, recruitment financing, and compensation frameworks. Key duties include managing campaign budgets, forecasting participation costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely settlement and alignment with business objectives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute and assess agency propositions including compensation, incentive campaigns, contests, and recruitment financing.
- Perform agency analytical studies from problem definition to presenting actionable recommendations.
- Formulate campaign pricing, forecast qualification rates, and track expenditures against approved budgets.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to turn performance reports into strategic insights.
- Ensure accurate, timely campaign validation and settlement while maintaining proposition documentation and manuals.
- Act as a change driver by aligning rollout activities, field communication, and stakeholder engagement.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, campaign management, or commercial propositions.
- Strong background in commercial analytics, forecasting, cost control, and post-implementation assessment.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and handling cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency with advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with BI or statistical tool expertise considered a plus.
- Professional background within life insurance or financial services distribution is highly preferred.
