Based in Singapore, this role involves managing a portfolio of new High Net Worth (HNW) insurance proposals, overseeing their submission and issuance processes. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all new business matters related to these policies. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide expert advice to colleagues.

- Manage a portfolio of new High Net Worth proposals, tracking submission and issuance
- Provide expertise and coaching to team members
- Analyze and resolve complex problems
- Report key performance indicators to management regularly
- Act as a liaison between distribution channels and underwriters
- Collaborate with departments on new business matters for HNW policies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confident in decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and challenging work environments
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
