Based in Singapore, this role leads Samsung Electronics Singapore's online growth strategy across various channels, including direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, and retailer online platforms. The Head of Online Business is responsible for the commercial agenda, translating insights into a profitable growth plan, and strengthening Samsung's brand presence. This position involves leading commercial planning, channel development, digital merchandising, and operations to deliver a seamless, data-driven omnichannel experience.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year online business strategy and annual operating plan.
- Manage online revenue, market share, gross margin, and profitability outcomes.
- Build and optimize Samsung's online channel portfolio across various platforms.
- Champion an integrated customer journey from discovery to post-purchase support.
- Lead the online commercial calendar, including launches and promotional campaigns.
- Build and lead high-performing Online Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or related consumer-facing industries.
- Demonstrated success leading a significant online business or multi-channel e-commerce portfolio.
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management and partner negotiations.
- Deep understanding of digital commerce fundamentals like acquisition, merchandising, and analytics.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
