Based in Singapore, this specialist position bridges the gap between operational compliance functions and technical engineering groups for innovative artificial intelligence projects. You will act as a subject matter expert in anti-money laundering to guide the behavior, decision logic, and control designs of automated systems. The role involves shaping how modern financial institutions deploy reliable intelligence tools while adhering strictly to regulatory standards.

- Verify that generative AI functionalities match practical operational necessities and regulatory guidelines
- Establish business logic, threshold rules, and risk escalation workflows for intelligent automated agents
- Identify critical edge cases and complex scenarios that mandate manual intervention by human analysts
- Curate and evaluate realistic synthetic data samples to train transaction evaluation models effectively
- Collaborate on prototype testing and user acceptance scenarios to ensure accurate decision outcomes
- Bridge technical delivery specialists and operational compliance stakeholders through training and documentation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least seven years of hands-on experience in transaction monitoring or anti-money laundering roles
- In-depth comprehension of financial crime investigation workflows and alert tuning methodologies
- Solid familiarity with relevant regulatory standards including FATF recommendations and local banking mandates
- Demonstrated ability to translate compliance workflows into precise technical specifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating across technical developers and enterprise executives
- Working familiarity with emerging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
