- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for proposals
- Prepare and present credit proposals for approval
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or Economics
- Minimum 1-2 years in banking relationship management
- Proven track record of sales achievement and client relationship building
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
