Based in Indonesia, this role leads a finance team responsible for comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for UOB Indonesia's CPP and Retail Banking consolidation reports. The team leader will provide robust financial insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize product and segment profitability. This position ensures compliance with financial policies and contributes financial expertise to new initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Oversee financial performance analysis for CPP business
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for trends and risks
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Collaborate with business heads and provide strategic financial support
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 6 years in financial analysis, with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong understanding of banking products and channels
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
