Based in the Philippines, this role delivers multilingual operational support across core finance and accounting functions such as Procure-to-Pay. The position acts as a bilingual communication liaison for overseas stakeholders, clients, and vendors while handling transaction execution in enterprise systems. Ideal candidates will contribute to continuous workflow improvements, financial closing activities, and comprehensive bilingual process documentation within an on-site night shift environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Handle Procure-to-Pay and related finance accounting processes within ERP platforms
- Assist with regular accounting closes during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders using fluent Spanish communication
- Translate finance-related documentation, operating procedures, and business materials
- Coordinate cross-functional problem resolution and uphold internal accounting controls
- Generate periodic operational summaries, KPI updates, and updated workflow documentation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish language communication (familiar or advanced level)
- Existing legal authorization to work and reside in the Philippines
- Willingness to work a regular night shift schedule with weekend rest days
- Ability to work fully on-site in Taguig
