Based in Singapore, this role supports the Senior Director of the Technology Intelligence Unit by identifying and assessing emerging technology trends, translating them into actionable insights for senior management. The position involves developing technology scanning activities and tools, coordinating with stakeholders to enhance enterprise technology sensing capabilities, and preparing regular technology briefs and landscape assessments. This is a key role in shaping Singtel's future technology strategy.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop AI tools for continuous technology scanning across priority domains
- Apply structured frameworks to evaluate and prioritize technologies
- Prepare technology briefs and landscape assessments for senior management
- Monitor technology, competitor, and ecosystem developments
- Support Technology Advisory Council meetings with research and materials
- Manage relationships with external research providers and partners
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or consulting
- Experience with AI-enabled research or analytics tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends
- Experience conducting market, technology, or competitive intelligence research
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
